Master Class: Hospice and End-of-Life Care
I will present a two-hour class focusing on the comfort, support, and care for someone who is dying, as well as for those who are preparing to say goodbye. I will hand over my tips and tools, and share my experience and education, which will leave you feeling a little more prepared to provide bedside care or determine your own end-of-life needs. My goal is to help remove uncertainty and fear about medications and the dying process, while also offering clarity and helping to remove any misconceptions you might have. I want to be sure that you are aware of what is available for you.

This class is for someone who has received a terminal diagnosis or is aging and declining quickly, and the caregiver, whether it is a family member or a hired professional. The information that I provide will also benefit anyone who works in the end-of-life field.

Topics covered in this class:
Hospice 101 - what is hospice, what are the benefits, what you can expect, and what resources are available to you.
I will also go over common end-of-life symptoms, medications, non-clinical ways to provide comfort, and I will clear up any misconceptions you might have, hoping to relieve you of uncertainty or fear.

The Scholarship Fund
I offer scholarship spots for all of my classes so that anyone can take them, and finances do not get in their way. I have been asked how someone can donate a scholarship spot, so I have created a donation page for that purpose.
All donations will go directly to allowing someone else to take a class.
Thank you in advance for your generosity!
