Self-Care |Â Breath Work, Meditation, and Yoga
In collaboration with my friend Leah Jones who is an Ayurvedic counselor and practitioner, and yoga therapist,
we have designed a class that combines meditation, breath work and yoga to help you work through stress, emotional or physical pain, and grief.

We want to encourage you to give yourself permission to practice self-care rituals that can help you work through whatever you might be struggling with, prioritizing your own self-care, which can increase your energy attitude, happiness, and inner peace.
That is our goal…
We hold this class once a month.

In each class, we will offer the following:

A brief guided meditation/grounding exercise.

A self-care ritual you can do at home.

30 minutes of guided yoga, focusing on breathing, stretching, and removing toxins from your body.

A closing meditation offering

This class is only $10 each, and 100% of the proceeds will go into the scholarship fund for all my classes to make sure that people who want to take them, but are unable to due to finances, will not be turned away.

The Scholarship Fund
I offer scholarship spots for all of my classes so that anyone can take them, and finances do not get in their way. I have been asked how someone can donate a scholarship spot, so I have created a donation page for that purpose.
All donations will go directly to allowing someone else to take a class.
