Your End of Life Wishes
Are your end-of-life plans in place?
Have you let those you love know what your wishes are?
Have you had THE conversation?
When you look back at the life that you have lived, have you done everything you wanted to do? How will you be remembered? What will people say about you after you die? What do you want them to say?

This class is a combination of what I have learned from my experience as a hospice nurse and as an end-of-life doula. I have had the honor of witnessing many last breaths and providing comfort and care to those who are dying. From this experience, I have created a unique practicum for you, that I think could change how you live the rest of your life, and how you are celebrated at the end of your life.

This is a seven-week class. Each week we will discuss what would be most important to you at the end of your life; what comforting care you will want and need, what you can and can't live without, and what priorities, wishes and dreams you would focus on.

My intention for this course is to offer you the opportunity to go deeper within than you might be used to, in a gentle and beautiful way. My hope is that you become more aware of how you live your life currently. I will encourage and support you as you resolve any issues that might be weighing heavy, let go of things that no longer serve purpose, and focus on relationships that are strong and healthy so that the rest of your life is spent filled with positive and joyful energy.

I want to help you choreograph your own end-of-life plan that honors your wishes, one that you can hand over to those who love you, so they will know what your wishes are. This class will also offer you the tools to be able to help someone else do the same.

Each exercise has been designed to tap into all of your feels and elicit responses that might pleasantly surprise you and leave you wanting more. Some weeks won't be easy, but I promise to support and encourage you every step of the way.

Class Reviews
"This was a wonderful class! I took it as one struggling with a terminal illness, and my wife did, as well. As an LGBT couple, we were warmly included, the language was inclusive as were the examples. Gabby herself is very knowledgeable, professional, very warm and generous. You don't need to be dying to appreciate this class!! (But we all will, sooner or later)."

"I have to admit that when the class ended I was really sad. In the seven weeks we all shared together, I felt a connection with this group of complete strangers that kinda blew me away. We had deep conversations and shared personal stories and Gabby led our group with such kindness, patience and respect, that she made us all feel comfortable to be open, curious and vulnerable. She left me wanting more."

"I would highly recommend this class to anyone working in the end of life field, but also if you are caring for someone who is dying. I started this class for myself but ended up using the tools and lessons Gabby gave us, to help my friend go through her dying process. I felt prepared and even comfortable."

"I would take any class Gabby has, she is a wonderful human being who shares her whole heart. She does this to build trust, which we all had for her. She makes me want to be a better human, but also to live my life fuller, and appreciate all of my blessings and find my joy in every day."

"I would highly recommend this class to anyone. Gabby has a way of making you dig deep inside and find things you never knew were there. I looked forward to each class, and couldn't wait to see what gifts she handed over. She is unselfish in the way that she hands over her tools, she really wants us to do this work well, and takes her time to teach us."
